PART VI

This portion of this text is designed to show how each of the many facets of the law of contracts bears upon engineering and construction undertakings. This part also covers several other subjects with which construction contracts are customarily concerned.

Part I of this text discusses the legal systems that may be called upon to interpret and enforce a contract. Part II of this text discusses how the leagal system will interpret a contract. Part III discusses the legal entities that may be subject to such enforcement. Part IV adds what other obligations these entities may have beyond the language of the contract. Part V discusses some additional issues relating to real and other property of espcial interest to a design professional. And so this Part VI now attempts to meld all of this theory to the practice of engineering and construction.
